I can assist you out with the call transferring

So I have the transfer occasionally working, it's a pretty simple system.

I'm able to make the transfer 1 in around 20 times.

The idea here is to transfer to my CRM's unadvertised inbound number.

The tool "transferCall" isn't being called in the logs. It is only called after repeated asks to be transferred.

Then it does actually finally transfer after some persistance, most times it just ends the call (despite myself not setting up call end)

I am have similar issues, the transferCall tool is very unreliable and difficult to get to work. The only things I have found to improve functionality is to right literally hundreds of words worth of instruction in my prompts. Any feedback/ideas are appreciated!

are you using the api to set multiple numbers for call transfer or are you using the basic features of the dashboard. my call transfers are flawless every time.

I have found transfercall to work pretty much all the time but you need to check out your prompt and look for how your LLm may be getting co fused
