I am from India, and i am not able to add my card, international transactions are allowed on the card. It says Error Updating Payment Method.

So neither i am able to create assistants nor buy phone numbers

I'm using open ai realtime api.  did something just break? all of a sudden it stopped responding after the first message and just sends hang events.  this even happens with the dashboard and "talk with assistant" button, not just my API
