Trying to use squads for multi-language support, English -> BR-PT or Spanish but having an issue... If at the start of the call I ask in English "do you speak portuguese" then the AI transfers the call correctly my issue is that there will be people that instantly askes in portuguese or spanish if they have anyone that can speak their language... when this happens the AI gets confused and continues in english or just starts speaking gibberish this is my prompt: [ if caller is speaking in Portuguese or says they want to speak with a Brazilian or Portuguese speaking assistant - route the call to Portuguese assistant using squads] anyone know how i can fix this?
