Enabling international calling for VAPI-purchased ...

I purchased a VAPI phone number and calls to the United States work fine but calls to Puerto Rico do not. The error message is: Couldn't Create Twilio Call. Twilio Error: Account not authorized to call +17875295892. Perhaps you need to enable some international permissions: https://www.twilio.com/console/voice/calls/geo-permissions/low-risk I cannot find where or how in its UI to control this for VAPI-purchased numbers. Thanks Marcos

@Marcos Polanco Hello Marcos, It seems like you need to adjust your geographic permissions for your Twilio account to allow calls to Puerto Rico. While I can't directly change your Twilio settings, I can guide you on how to do this: 1. Log in to your Twilio account. 2. Navigate to the 'Voice' section in the Twilio Console. 3. Click on 'Calls' and then select 'Geo Permissions' from the dropdown menu. 4. Look for the 'Low Risk' section and find Puerto Rico in the list. 5. Enable the permissions for Puerto Rico by clicking the corresponding checkbox. After you've updated your settings, try making a call to Puerto Rico again. If you continue to experience issues or cannot find the settings, please reach out to Twilio's support for further assistance. If you need help with anything else related to VAPI, feel free to ask!
