so when I use my booking tool call, the AI will repeat the date back to me "next Tuesday at 3pm" but the date sent by the tool is 2025-01-23T15:00:00-06:00 which is Thursday. Funny part is if I question the AI on the date for next Tuesday first, it responds correctly then the tool sends the correct date
