Hi, I have this problem with my agents that is programmed to send someone a text using a tool, I just tell the agent in the script - when someone agrees, perform SendText tool Problem is, it does not work all the time and usually it asks them if they got the text and only when they say they haven't got the text, it sends the text I don't know if it is because I call the tool in an incorrect way but I need it to call the tool correctly and consistantly, is there a better way to run that tool?
