Hey guys, been part of this community for a bit now but haven't really engaged much. First off, appreciate this community for just being here, pretty cool to see. Personally, I'm typically more accustomed to providing value than making asks, so if I can be of help somehow just lmk. On the flip side though, I do have a question and curious if anyone has been or is already working on this or has already worked through this but I'm currently building an AI Voice OS for a couple of my friends who run a 7-figure chiro agency. We're getting to the part where effectively I need an AI Agent Manager that can: - Store all configurations of the specified agents we have across bunch of organizations on Vapi (and soon Retell.AI), let's say within a google sheet. - Allow us to quickly compare existing configuration of agent with the current most up-to-date versioned template for that type of agent (we have three: inbound, outbound and fallback agent). - Allow us to patch/update via API calls of any specified agents with a very simple and easy to use interface (e.g. checkboxes within a column in google sheet). - Allow us to create any agents based on the most up-to-date versioned template. - Eventually track/log all calls & transcriptions (as well as eventually texts) within its database of all the prospect-agent interactions as well. - Our tech stack currently looks like: GHL (for CRM), Vapi (for voice orchestration platform) - soon to transition to Retell.AI, Make (for linking the two + tooling of the agents), Google Sheet (for database), Twilio (for phone numbers for the agents/telephony provider). I'm sure there has been those who have been working on voice agents longer than I have - better yet, from a system-building perspective. So if you have done this I'd love to connect if you're not against it. Happy to pay for your time if consulting (or potentially other forms of collaboration) makes sense as well.
