Vapi calls are going straight to voicemail

Hey, I'm using Vapi to call outbound leads from Facebook ads and book them for an appointment in GHL with make.com. Unfortunately, every call goes straight to voicemail. The number was imported from Twilio - where I have verified it for SHAKEN/STIR and the STIR status went from B to A but still no luck

@Marco Iaquinto I'm sorry to hear that your calls are going straight to voicemail. It's great that you've already taken steps to verify your number for SHAKEN/STIR, as that can often improve call deliverability. There could be several reasons why your calls are not reaching the intended recipients. Here are a few things you can check: 1. **Caller ID Reputation**: Ensure that your caller ID has a good reputation. If it's been flagged as spam by carriers or users, it might be blocked or sent to voicemail. 2. **Dialing Patterns**: Look at the patterns of your outbound calls. If there are too many calls in a short period, it might be considered spammy behavior. 3. **Voicemail Detection**: Check if your system has voicemail detection enabled and is configured correctly. Sometimes, aggressive voicemail detection settings can lead to calls being ended prematurely. 4. **Routing Issues**: Since you're using SIP Origination, ensure that the
sipUri
attribute within the
forwardingPhoneNumbers
array is correctly specified and that the destination SIP address is correct. 5. **Network Issues**: There might be network-related issues that are causing the calls to fail. Check with your SIP provider to ensure there are no current issues or outages. 6. **Compliance with Regulations**: Make sure you are compliant with all telemarketing regulations, such as the TCPA, to avoid being blocked by carriers. If you've checked all of these and are still facing issues, it might be helpful to look at the call logs to identify any patterns or errors. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to support for more detailed troubleshooting.

Hey @Vapi 1. Since the very start every call was sent to voicemail, this phone number and assistant were created for the first time this week and tested for 1-3 days. There should be no "old" history 2. We call every lead after 1 minute they submit a lead form and we double dial if they don't pick up - then we wait 24h. The manual calls we were doing with appointment setters through GHL were more "aggressive" and the call were going through. 3. How can I check for it? But I've listened to the call logs and after the AI speaks there's clearly a voicemail playing 4. Can you elaborate on how I can check this? 5. I don't think there are any 6. How can I check if I'm compliant/or not compliant? Here some call logs: 694607fa-5805-4fbe-9e51-171f91fcf2c0 f010e1bb-2edb-4a6f-a74c-3a9a9de23fcb e423314e-fc80-4549-9487-cb35fb1e3235 ed4827b8-1bf9-4bb9-86a9-f8f757666b80 f629a93e-7bf8-40f3-a01d-bb01077edb44 d415f71f-14ad-4137-b243-929de1e60ac0 a3fc508a-eaa2-4c30-bd08-3b0b94d4b2d0 a8a4411a-82c1-4131-af0c-424c03658d92 75d7ad9a-c701-471e-9db7-b61c78429211 b92fb9e6-957e-4637-9900-c16d5cdc01d4

Hey @Marco Iaquinto can you help me with the information they have provided? You can also try a new number, just make sure its reputation is maintained. Lastly, here's an article to support you: https://help.twilio.com/articles/1260803371030. Let me know what you think about it, and I will check if others have had this issue before.
