Unable to add Azure OpenAI model credentials

01/22/2025, 4:55 AMHi, I followed the directions here and tried adding my Azure OpenAI credentials. I am using the base url from Azure APIM, the API key from Azure OpenAI deployment, and the model from Azure OpenAI deployment. I am grabbing the OCP-APIM-Subscription-Key header from a test APIM request. I keep getting this issue.
