Working with "blocks," I want to give some generic instructions to the assistant, something like: provide brief answers, if the question is unclear, ask clarifying questions, when someone provides a piece of information, repeat it to confirm you've understood it correctly, etc. Since I don't see any specific place for these instructions, I assume I need to include them in the first "step." I find this a bit confusing, as I understand steps to represent the flow of the conversation, not a place for generic instructions. I think it would be clearer if there were a specific place to set these general rules. In fact, it would be even more useful if these generic instructions were tied to the assistant, almost like a personality. That way, I could associate the assistant with different workflows without having to repeat the generic instructions every time. Sorry for the ramble!
