HIPPA Doesn't Get Disable

Hello Vapi support, Although I've never enabled HIPPA compliance add-on on my account, but I noticed it is showing a bill on $1000 to be charged from my card. When I try to disable the HIPPA from "Manage Add Ons" screen and as soon as I switch the toggle to off, the "Confirm" button at the bottom of this screen gets disabled, not letting me to save this. (Please see the attached screenshot) Please could you look into this for us as soon as possible as the charge date is coming in couple of days.
