how are people effectively dealing with validating codes/number/serial numbers - for example AB/12391 They can be in multiple formats.. I am using Deepgram / 11 labs and am getting varying results... I am using multi step serial number verification and reading back. however its not that good. It often misses the first letter or interprets the A and an I or a forward slash as a four. Advice on how others are handeling it would be apprecited.
