I’m looking to implement a chat bot integrated with Instagram, facebook, WhatsApp, email and if possible on website, to answer customer questions and send links. I need the software to be able to get and send api requests. It would be nice to feed a knowladge base as well. I’m trying to use Manychat at this moment, but it seems that their API requests aren’t that nice to work with. For the rest seems wonderful
