Getting no logs from calls

Hi, for aprox. 50% of calls I'm getting no logs or info, I don't think the call is beign made. In call history everything is empty and status unknown. One example is call: 7aa85d7a-cffb-4409-8a51-3bf747ec07a8 f0c9c067-e754-4167-993e-666630f7cbaf 786f36b2-e0c1-4e50-ac2c-70504aa064a3
