With the enterprise plan are there any benefits regarding concurrent calls? For example: would the standard limit be expanded? Or would the cost change for a concurrent line?

Unlike the Pay-As-You-Go plan, which has a limit of 10 concurrent calls, the Enterprise plan allows you to scale up to millions of calls because we reserve GPUs for you on our Enterprise cluster. This means you can handle a much larger volume of calls simultaneously without running into the standard limit. Additionally, the Enterprise plan comes with guaranteed low latency on our Enterprise cluster, which is particularly beneficial for applications that require real-time voice interactions. The cost structure is also different, as Enterprise plans include included minutes with volume pricing, which can be more cost-effective for high volumes of traffic. If you have specific needs or questions about pricing and limits for concurrent calls on the Enterprise plan, our team would be happy to discuss them with you during the calls with our engineering team, which are included 2-3 times per week as part of the Enterprise package.
