or if you get availability from a function call you get corresponding dates and days as the output or if you are just booking a meeting straight out the gate..you can use a function in your workflow to get the actually corresponding date to "this friday". But if the AI needs to know the actual date during the call before it calls the function the first option makes the most sense for me
