VAPI says their cost per call is $0.05 per minute but some of my calls are going up to $0.20. Can anyone offer some clarity on this?

Just to clarify... I did not purchase my telephony service through VAPI. I signed up separately through Twilio and imported my number so I pay separately for telephony costs to Twilio directly.
