Hit concurrency limit

We're using vapi, and recently we dialed 50 outbound calls at a time using gohighlevel, we used vapi apis to do the outbound calls, now we got a mail telling that we reached our concurrency limit. and we're unable to make any further calls, and status of many calls in the call logs is 'unknown' Could anyone please help us solve this issue
