Does concurrency apply to web calling?

Looking at the documentation it's not clear if we can have more than 10 concurrent web calls to assistants or if we need to add additional line concurrency?

@Jason-IntouchCX Yes Concurrency Limits applies to both web calls and phone calls at the account level.

Thanks @Shubham Bajaj - we are looking at a high concurrency count but our use case involves a lot of spikes and dips, is there someone I can talk to about our use case to see if there is a way to align the billing model to our use case?

Adding on top of Sahil's Response. By default, you are allowed to handle a total of 10 concurrent calls (combining both inbound and outbound calls). This limit is not related to the number of users. To handle more than 10 concurrent calls, you'll need to purchase additional concurrent lines through the dashboard. To Purchase Additional Concurrent Lines: 1. Go to the Vapi Dashboard 2. Look at the bottom left side of the Dashboard 3. Click on the green button displaying your organization name 4. Click on the billing option 5. On the Billing page, navigate to add-ons where you can purchase additional concurrency limits.
