Dear VAPI Support Team, I am currently experiencing an issue where I am unable to select knowledge base files in any of my assistants. Although I have successfully added the files, they do not appear as selectable options. Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue: - Performed a hard refresh of the page, but the issue persists. - I logged out and logged back in, but the problem remained the same. - I tried accessing my account from different systems, yet the issue persists. This is a critical issue, and I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving it. Please let me know if any further information is required. IMO, the email that went out was not an URGENT email and, it was written at a high level of understanding. Whoever wrote it understood what it meant, but on the receiving end, we did not understand what it meant. I for one did not know what it meant because I am not a developer. After many hours, Sahil sent the form to fix an change to Trieve but honestly, again, it was for the high level and not of the lower level understanding. Having a step by step breakdown would have been good to understand how the API from trieve and vapi works.
