I agree there haven't been thousands. I've seen a ton, not just on the channel but also in my dms. Also #1211483291191083018 has a lot of such queries as well. But I don't think a constructive discussion here is to try to calculate the number of users who potentially weren't notified and push that under the rug. The point is that in an ideal scenario it should have been clear as day that an update like this was imminent and that users should use alternate means of giving agents access to KBs. Maybe put up a big ass banner on the homepage/dashboard if that's what it takes.
