Is it possible to initiate a call transfer just using the VAPI dashboard and prompting? Or do I need to use the API to setup the call forwarding? Basically if someone asks to speak to a human I want to transfer them to a number, or if they ask for a member of staff by name, I want to transfer them to another number. I note people talk about using the transferCall function, but I can't see reference to that in the dashboard UI anywhere. Before I start delving into the API is this possible via the Dashboard, or does it require API usage. I am using a paid for twilio account.
