02/06/2025, 4:20 PMWe do hardware and software so we have a physical device with the technician in the field and they have two options, they can connect to a senior technician back at the office for support or help troubleshooting and that support person can see what they're doing in first person POV via a live stream and they can talk back and forth while troubleshooting. We also connect to all of their HVAC related tools and stream the data to the support member.
The second option is they can link up with our AI for support and the agent has a bunch of tools it can use including also connecting to their tools and diagnosing the unit for them

02/06/2025, 4:27 PMyeah exactly, basically you can throw anyone fresh out of school in the field without having to pay them for 2 years to learn in the field, they learn by doing it themselves while they make you money

02/06/2025, 5:03 PMI only lead the AI product here so the other stuff was someone elses idea but I've been in HVAC for 6 years and then I became a full stack software engineer and then got into AI back in 2020 so they all just kind of lined up
