We are not calling in bulk at once to get this issue, I am making 1 call and it is not going through via web or Twilio phone. kindly check if there is anything wrong from your side.

I also had issues with concurrency yesterday. Normally the limit is 10 and for my outbound campaigns I make 8 calls at a time to avoid potentially hitting the limit. Yesterday the limit was 6 for all of my clients accounts.
