Hi guys. Followed the steps on how to upload a Knowledge base file into Trieve, but Triev is still showing 0 for the Chunk Count. Sahil said if it is zero, it means that your file wasn't vectorized yet. It's been more than 30minutes since I uploaded, but my chunk count is still showing 0. Any idea whats wrong?

Can you send a message to trieve support team. They are pretty responsive.
