@Kishan Panchal how can they stop suddenly?
k
They announced this approximately one month ago. I faced the issue two to three days earlier and @Shubham Bajaj provided us with this video, which has solved our issue currently.
d
how to do this with every bot?
@Kishan Panchal lets say i have 5 bots
is this a global knowledge base? as i have 5 bots with 5 different knowledge needed
k
So you need to update each and every assistant with KB id which you will get after hitting the KB API . Simple !

s
@Dwayne You can use API to do at once, let me know if you require further help for it.
d
I have tried and that is why I am asking if I can pay someone to do this
s
@Dwayne You can utilize this tool: https://dub.sh/4GefClE to expedite the Knowledge Base setup process.

What is Trieve?
d
Invalid Knowledge Base Details. Failed to create trieve dataset anyone getting this error?
c
We've noticed that when using our API key for creating a knowledge base, the request sometimes fails with a 403 error. The problem seems to be related to how our system create plan syncs with Trieve, causing issues when the same key is used repeatedly. temporary solution: For now, please use your own Trieve dataset for the knowledge base. This workaround avoids the create plan syncing issue and should let the KB process go through without errors.
