I am having the same error. Every time the tool is triggered, it directly goes and says the error handling line, even though my webhook is responding successfully with a 200 response.

Use GPT-4o, set temperature to 0.3 and it will solve the issue

Tried that and it didn't work. Also tried other temperatures, and various max tokens limits and also 4o-mini
