how can I fix my assistant to read what is in the brackets.I put the information there correctly. For instance when she books an appointment in the brackets I said [date and time] so she should say your appointment is confirmed for Wednesday at 1:00 instead she says your appointment is confirmed for date and time which is what I have in the brackets so how can this be fixed so that she understands she should be confirming the actual day and time not reading what is in the brackets. Also she is making outbound calls to leads and in the lead it has the person's name in the bracket I put [client name] is she able to ask for the person's name directly to make the call more personable if so how do I get her to do that. Also how can we fix the delay in response time I think she pauses a little bit too long before she answers a question is there a way we can fix the response time of the assistant if so how do I do that. also I list my hours of business when we're open and close. I was doing a test call and said I wanted to book a appointment at 4:00 I close at 5:00 the assistant responded 4:00 is outside of our business hours which it was not.mind you I was doing a test call this was so confusing so is there a way to fix that I have my hours listed within the prompt two times. please help
