I get that it was a reason you were attracted to it, but it's important to understand that VAPI is made by developers for developers. The title of their website is "Vapi - Voice AI for developers." - They're working around the clock though to build out the new dashboard and they'll be making a UI for knowledge base support again. An inconvenience for sure but it'll smooth out.
