I want to create a Call Forwarding agent in vapi. I will provide all the details of phone numbers with different department. When someone makes a call and says I have a query regarding sales then Vapi should forward the call to the phone number provided for sales, similarly if they want to call with any department for employee then the agent should forward the number to specific department. How can i achieve this?
