@Léo no, you'll be hard pressed to find anything better than VAPI to be honest. You could try Synthflow or VoiceFlow but neither one is going to do what you're talking about at scale with concurrency. You have to take into consideration that the horsepower required to run each call is an immutable cost for all providers. You will find a bunch that are more expensive, but nothing that offers more for free.
