Same here - the KB thing is a disaster. I don't want to push my KB out to another 3rd party, introduce 200-300ms of latency, etc. We're piloting moving our agent to Retell this morning based on Vapi's pulling the rug out underneath - really dont want to rely on vapi if next week they decide to do the same with another critical functionality part 😦
