basically a callcenter agent to assist a few other human workers. It should be able to verify whether the caller is already in the datebase, create accounts, create and send support tickets, send emails, redirect phone calls etc. Theres a lot of conditional flows and functionality involved, thats why I started using vapi blocks and the tool calls/workflows
