We have three assistants (A1, A2, A3). We setup a squad starting with A1 which asks callers questions whether the caller speaks English or German. If English, go to A2. If German go to A3. In A2, we ask a list of questions, and then transfer. When we test A2 directly in the UI (Talk with the assistant), A2 is working as expected. But When we talk with the squad, A1 can transfer to A2, then the A2 assistant just ask no question or 1 question then just transfer. We started to observe this issue since last weekend. Any insight on what might be wrong.
