Hi, I uploaded all my knowledge base files, but it's not showing for any AI in my account in the Model section. Hi Ivy, I think this is what has happened. Unfortunately it's been removed. I just went through this process and fingers crossed it works... Not sure how we even test it works though at this stage as our knowledge base has a lot of files and I can't see them showing up against the voice assistant in the account yet after submitting the form. https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1211483332496465962/1337192751753592903

Not sure if y''all realize the old files/methodology doesn't work--you have to create KB via API until they fix the interface. There are a few YT videos, but Trieve integration keeps changing. They also created a temporary fix, but it keeps erroring for me. Look in announcements.

Thank you @Shubham Bajaj . I had finally figured it out this morning. I had been creating and attaching the KB, but I had been doing most of the work in Trieve (uploading my files there, etc.) and stuff got lost in translation (kb showed under my assistant, but it wasn't accessing kb). After managing files in Vapi, the assistant is properly accessing KB.

i can't seem to get my kb to appear, i followed all these steps, this is really frustrating to be honest, this was much easier before!

Hey Sam, you don't need to create an account on Trieve it's an mis information. You can follow the video shared above to setup the KB using VAPI only.
