02/13/2025, 4:21 PMHey GusBarrett, the voice is added on our account not on yours. Hence, you need to add the voice on your account/api-key and then import the voice in Vapi using your 11labs key.

02/20/2025, 12:11 AM@GusBarrett If you are using the voice owned by you and attempting to make a call using Vapi 11labs key, you will not be able to use the voice because it is private to you. In this case, you will need to use your own key and import the voice to Vapi. After that, you will be able to use the voice.
However, if you check the voiceId shared by you above, you will notice that the voice is cloned by multiple people with different organizations. This is the reason why you were unable to use it despite it being available in the library. To use the same voice, try the following voiceId: EPRs7SRVCKTec3tdEg0I. Let me know how it goes for you.
