Hey guys! I juse Grasshopper for my phone system in my office. I set up call forwarding to ring in my vapi number if the call is not answered in time but it's not working at all. It just goes to Grasshopper voicemail. I just got off the call with Grasshopper and they tried calling the number and they said it drops the call however I am successful every time calling my Vapi number. Why is it not fowarding and vapi not answering?
