GHL Phone number ported out

02/12/2025, 9:21 PMWe have an issue regarding on our phone number ported to Vapi and I already contacted the GHL Support and they advice me to contact you because they cant see anyproblem on GHL end.
The issue is it does not recognize the phone number that we imported on vapi. I already remove and add again the phone number, SID and Auth Token to restart but it still not work.

02/13/2025, 2:24 AMTo get started, you'll want to speak with Twilio, not Vapi. Make sure transferred your number from GHL to Twilio. Once you've done that, everything you need to do to get VAPI functioning will involve the webhook from Vapi and Twilio settings. I recently went through this process myself, and I'm happy to say that I got it all working!

02/13/2025, 6:21 AMActually they already give me some feedback and provide me the correct Auth and SID from GHL and yeah that makes the problem on our end.

02/14/2025, 7:58 PMGHL can only provide the SID from my understanding. You can still send sms from GHL by using your Twilio. Come to find out Textgrid can also work with vapi and ghl, I think I'll be switching to them soon. Much cheaper rates.
