@moneygang40 1 person can take 1 call and make 1 call at a time for 8-12 hours a day, 7 days a week (If you're working them like a slave) and lets say their income is $50,000 and this magic person never takes holidays or gets sick. Thats $137 per day, $11.5/hr (assuming 12 hours days) and you're SO good you can have this person on the phone for exactly 60 minutes every hour. Assuming your call costs are 20c per minute in vapi, your call costs for this staff member would be less than vapi by ~0.9c The second this person goes to lunch, gets sick, misses a call, cannot handle a concurrent call, goes to the bathroom etc.. Then vapi is more cost effective
