Yes the hard part is there is no transcriber that supports natively both Italian and Chinese but Deepgram does have multi for Spanish. You would need to do Squads and even then its a bit early in the tech I have found to do this reliably. You may transfer like to another phone for a particlar language. Been working on solving this issue as well.
