Greeting's Vapi Community, My name is Christopher Diaz, I am learning how to utilise your incredible Vapi system. For starters I wanted to state how amazing this is and how thankful I am to be utilizing your service. Now to get into my question, I was wondering if there was a way for VAPI to listen in on a phone call. for example between a doctor and a patient and transcribe the phone call into text. I looked into your docs.vapi reference's and was unsure where to look. or if it's something you vapi is capable of doing. Thank you for taking the time to respond, I very much appreciate it. Hey Alaskankid.907 yes its possible for Vapi Assistant to listen to a call but it will speak during the call which is not you want for sure. It will be better idea to use some other external service.
