Knowledge base not working as expected

Hi @User Could you advise why the KB is not working at the moment? I followed both your official and unofficial instructions to create the KB and link it to my assistant (277ff88e-0e87-45e2-aa28-09fbf92748fc), but when I interact with it, it doesn’t recognise the content from my simple PDF document. I’ve tried different models, none of them worked. Some models did provide random but incorrect answers, whereas I need precise and accurate responses based on my document. Also tried scoreThreshold 0, did not work. How can KB be achieved in VAPI? Please assist ASAP, many thanks.

I also just noticed this. All the knowledge articles for my agents have been unlinked, and no option to re-attach them

vapi has removed knowledgebase, and now shifted to trieve for knowledgebases

To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help us figure out what went wrong!
