I want to know about concurrent calls limit per account , per assistant and per organisation. Please Let me know as early as possible.

You're limited to 10 simultaneous calls, doesn't matter if they're inbound or outbound or a mix of both. You can purchase additional concurrent lines through the dashboard. You can also sign up for Vapi Enterprise if you're doing a large volume and get unlimited concurrency. Here's more info: https://docs.vapi.ai/billing/billing-limits#concurrency-limits
