Hi. Since the dialkeypad function is not working yet as expected, I explored Twilio flex for outbound IVR navigation as per your suggestion. However, it was stated that it is not applicable for batch calling for my outbound assistant. I have several questions. 1. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix the IVR navigation? 2. Is there an estimated time for the dialkeypad function to work properly? Context : I already integrated the manual IVR navigation tree in Make.com (this is what I use to make outbound calls) but it always shows an error and their support said that Make.com is not as flexible as Twilio in terms of manually integrating the IVR navigation tree.

Hello Gelo, You can utilize the code help feature to transmit DTMF key tones, which will automatically navigate the tree or place an intermediary between you and the desired destination. As of now, the estimated time of arrival for the solution is Q1 of this year.
