For one of our agent I change the Voice. Before that, I added die Elevenlabs API key und snyced. Then I took the voice from the list. Test with web is fine. Phone Call produces an error messeage: Voice failed (reason: {"detail":{"status":"voice_not_found","message":"A voice for the voice_id PTDRoXRJnOXDLIs03WqF was not found."}}) I tried GPT4o und GPT4o-mini. Same result. Whats the problem here? Kind Regards Claudio

and it's working for me. Just change your 11labs model to turbo it will work.

Now I deleted the API Key for Elevenlabs, because all assistents didn't work anymore. No matter which voice.
