Hey VAPI team, I'm facing an issue with one of my AI calling agents. I've connected it with a Twilio number, and it was working fine until today. Now, when I try to call, it plays some random number, then says "does not exist," and hangs up. Additionally, I'm not seeing any call logs in VAPI for this call. @Ch Adeel I think this is a Twilio issue they may have frozen your account, check in and see if you have messages from Twilio.

@AiTitus :) Thanks for your response but I haven't received any message or email from twillio also I'm not seeing any warning in my twillio dashboard

i have experienced this before and that voice is a twilio voice and Twilio suspended a number which I fixed later and it worked. Maybe VAPI can look into it further, sorry that wasnt the solution 🙂 let me know what you find!

Can you please guide me how can I check if my twillio account has been suspended and how to reactivate that if possible?
