Hey Rowdy, we are working on the rime issue meanwhile you can use other providers and can also configure fallback plan

gotcha - in this case, there was no custom fallback plan and it did not go to another voice as the documentation mentions. Would a fallback plan have helped here? If no custom fallback plan is configured: Automatically switch to other available voices Continue attempting different voices Terminate only if all available voices have failed

Is your initial message empty? Do you have it prompted to say its initial message no matter what? Does this happen when you use a different provider?
