Artifact handling

When I tested the voice on the phone and passed variableValues to the AI, it started to produce artifacts specifically when pronouncing the name of the person. Could anyone help with this? I've got a couple examples: 1. ee4fa02b-90fc-4be4-a9bc-5f5d75996f61 2. 04e5959e-bec1-4d4e-b36e-d5fadafac19a

To help track down this issue, could you share: - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead:
Hi there. Is this Mike?
This would really help us figure out what went wrong!

This is a variable value I passed to it, so it says in the prompt "Hi there is this {{first_name}}?". The problem was that, although the AI was able to eventually say "Mike", it was emitting strange sounds while trying to do so. And I noticed this only happens at the beginning of the call. Let me know if that helps you understand a bit clearer.

Hi Shubham, thanks for looking into it, I understand it can be quite difficult to look at these small inconveniences on your side. I tried the turbo model, and to me it seems like there's still a bit of artfiact coming through. Here are some recordings I got: f0077d66-9cd9-440c-877b-810500808ba3 5b5b8854-d5eb-44be-b85a-9acc6e9df3f6 d62324cf-6a23-45fc-a05f-79ea0f180e78 Thanks again for your patience

Could you please try another call with a different first message? The first message was cached by 11albas and is not producing the desired results. Using a different first message for a while may help. After some time, when your current first message is cleared from 11labs’ cache, it should work as expected. Currently, there is no option to force clear the cache.
c
Yeah it looks like the problem is solved by changing the first message. Do you reccommend to change the first message again if it happens to repeat the same problem of caching over again?
s
@caiquerivero If you think the first message is a bit jumbled or muffled, please modify it. After some time you can then use the original message again. Do let me know if you require further help.
