<@1233640756548206643>  <@&1231325148079194222>  Hi there, we have tried calling our assistants number and it rings a couple times and says there is an "Application Error". So we have logged into the account and all of our Assistants, Phone Numbers and Call Logs have disappeared. This is a MAJOR issues for us. Can we please get everything back up in the account ASAP?

Ok, so now everything has reappeared in the subaccount, but the calls are not going through (ID: 18965d77-c241-45d1-bf30-0be9c1cb2e72   &    ID: dcf9bdbb-d3df-452b-bdc1-4cff2fbb6abe).

Also would still like to understand why everything disappeared still as we have clients we need to report to and we need to understand reliability.

There's an outage going on currently. All of our assisstants have been down for about 30 mins. Apparently there's a fix in place, and we're doing some testing on our side (I'll let you know if we had any luck, buddy).

We just toggled all traffic back at 6:40pm (PST) and everything is stable for now.

Hey Liv, there was an issue on our side which caused the failures for sometime. I suggest you to sticking to weekly channel as you will stable updates at the end of week deployed for your account compared to daily channel. Do let me know if you require further help.
