Silenced calls using Telnyx SIP connection

Hi! I just created a connection with Telnyx following your guidelines (https://docs.vapi.ai/advanced/sip/telnyx#on-vapi-1) and, despite being able to create the call, the agent won't speak. Have I done something while integrating this new telephony provider? Thanks!
